Agenda for the 12th Annual General Meeting to be held at 10.00 am on Wednesday 14th September 2011 at Whiteley Village Hall. Coffee will be served from 9.30 am. Agenda 1) Apologies for absence 2) To approve the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 8th September 2010. 3) To approve the committee report 4) To approve the accounts for the year to 30th June 2011 5) To update the constitution to one based on the current NADFAS model constitution 6) To elect officers and committee members: a) In accordance with the Society’s constitution, the following WDFAS members have been nominated for election to the committee as committee officers: i) Stephen Hayes - Chairman ii) Joanna Collinson-Jones - Vice Chairman iii) Margaret Waghorn – Treasurer iv) Richard Stocks – Secretary b) The following WDFAS members have been nominated for election to the committee as committee members: i) Joanna Collinson-Jones – Meeting arrangements ii) Elizabeth Moore – Membership secretary iii) Elvira Spary – Programme Secretary iv) Gilly Baker - Heritage Volunteers & Young Arts v) Jennifer Rothera – Visits & Special Interest Days 7) To appoint Michael Rothera as Financial Examiner Next Annual General Meeting – 10.00 am Wednesday 12th September 2012 at Whiteley Village Hall The AGM will be followed at about 10.30 am by Peter Lawrence’s lecture on “Beneath City Streets: London’s Unseen History”.
