Special Interest Days
There are two each year which are held at the Riverhouse Barn, Manor Road, Walton-on-Thames KT12 2PF and which normally start at 10.00am and finish at about 3.00pm, with coffee and lunch provided. Click here for a location map for Riverhouse Barn.
Booking for Special Interest Days are taken at the two meetings before the event, as shown below. Bookings, together with a payment cheque made payable to WDFAS, are accepted on a first come first served basis. Each member may book for him/herself and one other member only. If an event is oversubscribed, names will be entered (in order of application) on a standby list. |

HIDDEN TREASURES of MADRID, TOLEDO & EL ESCORIAL & the PRADO
Gail Turner
Gail Turner is an historian, art historian and painter. She has lectured for NADFAS since 1992, and lectures regularly for The Art Fund, Cambridge University International Summer Schools, the V&A, and has led tours to Spain. She lectured in the Prado and Royal Academy of San Fernando in Madrid 1983-5.

Bookings can be made at the two lecture meetings prior to a Special Interest Day. Bookings together with payment cheque made payable to WDFAS are accepted on a first come first served basis. Bookings are open to members and their guests. If an event is oversubscribed, names will be entered, in order of application, on a standby list if the member so wishes.
